A Few Things I’ve Learned About Going After Big Goals!

  1. You don't need to be talented you just need to be willing to put the work in.
  1. Real progress takes time don't expect it to happen overnight, expect plateaus and bad races along the way but remember to celebrate the small wins along the way.
  1. You’re going to have to make sacrifices, a lot of them, but if you fall in love with the process it will never feel like your missing out on anything.
  1. People will have a hard time understanding why you do what you do. Don't let that get in your way just keep doing YOU!
  1. Find people to put in your corner. Keep an open mind and be willing to learn from others and your own mistakes.
  2. Lastly keep dreaming BIG because you are capable of what ever you set your heart to.
