- What is one concrete change you’ll make in training to fix this?
Step 2: Voice Memo Review (Optional but powerful)
- Record a 3-minute audio memo recapping your race, lessons learned, and changes for next time.
- Listen to it before your next big race to remind yourself of past mistakes and strengths.
Final Thought: Own Your Performance
Most athletes review races only when they go well or only when they go terribly—you are different.
