QT2.0
Understanding QT2.0 - Our Next Evolution of Endurance Training
QT2.0 is our next-generation coaching system that replaces guesswork with a clear, test-driven framework. At its core, we anchor training to Critical Power (bike) and Critical Speed (swim and run), then program workload with disciplined block periodization and objective load management (CTL/ATL/TSB and trend logic), using our StressLogic Framework.
Around this spine we integrate four execution modules—Fueling, Strength & Mobility, Mindset, and Recovery Systems—so athletes build capacity they can actually express on race day.
QT2.0 is data-literate but athlete-first: simple field tests set intensities, dashboards track response, and coaches “call audibles” based on real fatigue and readiness rather than rigid plans.

Your Critical Intensities
Train Where It Actually Moves the Needle!
This presentation shows exactly how QT2.0 sets and defines training intensities—using Critical Power (bike) and Critical Speed (run) as the anchors that separate stable physiology from unstable, then translating those anchors into precise zones you can use tomorrow.

Using Critical Intensities to Inform Physiology
Get the Most Bang for Your Buck Out of Your Training!
This presentation shows exactly how QT2.0 uses an athlete's Critical Power/Critical Speed testing data to determine their current physiological state on the bike and/or run. Once the athlete's current physiological state is understood, the Coach can then utilize QT2.0 Block Periodization principles to create the most efficient training adaptations for the athlete, relative to their goals.

The QT2 Fueling Window
Fueling For Optimal Performance Is Mostly Just a Series of Choices
This presentation shows outlines how using the QT2 Fueling Window can set you up for better success in training, racing, and recovery. It is not enough to just take a gel, or drink a bottle. Proper fueling requires a thoughtful logical approach in the timeframe surrounding your workouts. We take you through that line of thinking so that you can better set yourself up for success.

The QT2.0 Block Periodization Model
The QT2.0 Block Periodization Model is built upon six training block types, each with a very specific purpose, in order to mitigate the interference affect associated with attempting to train too many physiological systems at once. Find out what they are and how they fit into the overall physiological model of QT2.0.

The QT2.0 Block Periodization Decision Framework
A structured, flexible, data-driven decision-making framework that considers the practical and physiological needs of the athlete, and allows the Coach to give the athlete exactly what they need, when they need it, in order to maximize training adaptation.

The QT2.0 Block Periodization - Athlete Applications
A look at how we apply the QT2.0 Block Periodization Decision Framework to specific athlete scenarios, in order to give them the training that they need, when they need it, in order to maximize training adaptation.
