QT2.0 Base+ Coach Support is built for the athlete who doesn't need a Coach in their ear every week - but who wants more than a generic plan.

Your training is built by a real QT2 Coach, grounded in the same StressLogic framework that powers our highest-level services, and delivered in four-week blocks designed to keep you structured, progressive, and prepared. Your Coach sets you up right, keeps your zones accurate, and stays available when you need them - on your terms, not theirs.

How Training Is Delivered

In QT2.0 Base+ Coach Support, your training arrives in four-week blocks - each one built by your assigned QT2 Coach using the QT2.0 Block Periodization model and StressLogic framework. Blocks are structured around your sport, your volume environment, and your season - not pulled from a generic library.

Between blocks, your default QT2 training environment keeps your calendar populated and your fitness moving forward. Nothing falls off. Nothing goes blank.

Your Coach monitors your progression block to block and adjusts the next phase based on how the previous one unfolded - not week to week, but deliberately, at the right intervals.


Coach Support & Scope

Your QT2 Coach is responsible for:

  • Building and customizing your four-week training blocks
  • Setting and maintaining accurate training zones via CP/CS field testing and analysis
  • Being available via TrainingPeaks notes when you have questions or need input
  • Providing feedback on up to five (5) workouts per block, upon request
  • Adjusting your next block based on block-level progression signals

Coach involvement in Base+ Coach Support is reactive, not proactive. Your Coach doesn't check in on you - but when you reach out, they're there. When your current training block is nearing its ends, they're already building the next one.


What This Service Is - and Is Not

QT2.0 Base+ Coach Support is designed for athletes who want a real coaching framework without ongoing Coach management.

It does include:

  • Four-week training blocks built by a real QT2 Coach
  • StressLogic-grounded structure and block periodization
  • Accurate zone setup and maintenance from real field test data
  • Athlete-initiated Coach communication via TrainingPeaks
  • Workout feedback on up to 5 sessions per block, upon request
  • QT2 Community access via Telegram

It does not include:

  • Weekly recalibration based on qualitative signals
  • Proactive Coach check-ins or outreach
  • Regular or ongoing workout feedback
  • Fueling or carbohydrate recommendations
  • Unlimited communication

These boundaries are intentional. They define the service - and they're exactly what makes it work for the right athlete.

Your Coach builds your block. You execute it. When something comes up - a question about a workout, a test result you want interpreted, a week that went sideways - you reach out via TrainingPeaks and your Coach responds. At the end of the block, your Coach reviews where you are and builds the next one accordingly.
