HOW IT WORKS
- Join Base+, then select your sport (Triathlon, Run, or Cycle) and training volume environment (Low, Medium, or High).
- Get Set Up. Your Coach or community lead welcomes you, sets your training zones, and ensures that you understand how to utilize the program to its fullest.
- Train Your Way. Follow your default environment plan or drop in a targeted training block from the ever-growing library of QT2 training plans.
- Evolve Seamlessly. When your focused training plan ends, your default QT2 Base+ environment reappears — maintaining continuity and progression, so you never miss a beat.
