Endurance Coaching for Busy Athletes

Training Has to Fit the Life You Actually Have

A training plan can look perfect on Monday and be irrelevant by Wednesday. Work changes. Kids get sick. Travel happens. Sleep suffers. Meetings move. The question is not whether life will interrupt training. The question is whether the coaching system knows what to do when it does.

QT2 considers training stress and life stress together. The goal is not to force every planned workout into the week. It is to preserve the most important training intent while protecting consistency and recovery.

Athletes with highly variable schedules often benefit from 1-1 Comprehensive because the coach can proactively restructure training as circumstances change. Athletes whose schedules are generally stable but occasionally disrupted may need only weekly 1-1 Coaching oversight or a four-week Base+ structure.

Limited training time does not make good coaching less useful. It makes decision quality more important. If you have eight to ten hours per week, those hours need to be spent on the work with the highest likely return rather than on unnecessary volume.

QT2 is designed for athletes who want to get more from the time they can realistically give the sport.
