How Training Is Delivered

In QT2.0 Base+ Coaching, your training arrives in four-week blocks - each one built by your assigned QT2 coach using the QT2.0 Block Periodization model and StressLogic framework. Blocks are structured around your sport, your volume environment, and your season - customized to you, not pulled from a generic library.

Between blocks, your default QT2 training environment keeps your calendar populated and your fitness moving forward. Nothing falls off. Nothing goes blank.

Your coach reviews your execution throughout the block - interpreting your key sessions, tracking your progression, and building the next phase based on how the current one unfolds. Not week to week. But consistently, and with intention.


Coach Support & Scope

Your QT2 coach is responsible for:

  • Building and customizing your four-week training blocks
  • Setting and maintaining accurate training zones via CP/CS field testing and analysis
  • Providing regular feedback on your Key, Quality, and Long sessions every block
  • Maintaining consistent communication throughout the block - coach and athlete driven
  • Interpreting your execution patterns and guiding your progression block to block
  • Adjusting your next block based on how the current one unfolds

Coach involvement in Base+ Coaching is consistent and engaged. Your coach isn't waiting for you to reach out - they're tracking your execution, giving you feedback, and staying present throughout your training.


What This Service Is - and Is Not

QT2.0 Base+ Coaching is designed for athletes who want real coach engagement within a structured, block-based framework.

It does include:

  • Four-week training blocks built by a real QT2 coach
  • StressLogic-grounded structure and block periodization
  • Accurate zone setup and maintenance from real field test data
  • Regular coach communication - coach and athlete driven
