QT2.0 1-1 Coaching provides fully individualized coaching with clear, intentional boundaries around Coach involvement. It is designed for athletes who want a real Coach building and overseeing their training - but who do not need or want continuous, proactive day-to-day coaching.

This service sits deliberately between system-driven Base+ Coaching and fully adaptive QT2.0 1-1 Comprehensive Coaching.

Your training is built and overseen by your assigned QT2 Coach. The program is intentional, progressive, and grounded in the same frameworks that power QT2's highest-level services - delivered within a structure that matches how you actually want to train.

This level of coaching is designed for athletes who want more than a system - they want a Coach behind the wheel - but who don't need that Coach adjusting every turn in real time.

How Training Is Delivered

In QT2.0 1-1 Coaching, all training is fully individualized. Your assigned QT2 Coach builds and oversees your training using the QT2.0 Block Periodization model and our StressLogic framework, with training delivered on a weekly basis within a stable framework.

Training is designed to progress logically over time. Adjustments are made when meaningful performance, recovery, or execution signals indicate a need for change - not as a matter of routine week-to-week tuning.

Your Coach monitors overall direction and intervenes deliberately, ensuring your training load remains appropriate, your progression stays on track, and the structure continues to serve your goals.

The result is a coaching process built around direction, sustainability, and appropriate stress - not constant refinement.


Coach Support & Scope

Your QT2 Coach is responsible for:

  • Building and overseeing your fully individualized training
  • Applying StressLogic to guide weekly training load decisions
  • Providing feedback on Key, Quality, and Long workouts each week
  • Interpreting training trends and execution patterns
  • Facilitating and analyzing Critical Power and Critical Speed testing
  • Fully managing your Performance Management Chart
  • Making targeted adjustments when warranted by clear signals

Coach involvement in QT2.0 1-1 is intentional and structured. Your Coach monitors overall direction and intervenes deliberately, rather than continuously reacting to every workout or data point.


What This Service Is - and Is Not

QT2.0 1-1 Coaching is designed for athletes who want individualized coaching with clear structure.

It does include:

  • Fully individualized training from an assigned QT2 Coach
  • StressLogic-guided load management
  • Targeted feedback on key workouts
  • Deliberate, signal-driven adjustments

It does not include:

  • Day-to-day plan micromanagement
  • Continuous week-to-week redesign of training
  • Unlimited or ongoing back-and-forth communication
  • Real-time reactions to every workout result
  • Embedded fueling or carbohydrate recommendations
  • Fully personalized swim technical progression
