The QT2 Systems Functional Strength and Mobility Analysis is a personalized assessment led by licensed physical therapist and QT2 Systems Coach, Jennie Hansen. This online session, conducted via video call, offers a comprehensive evaluation of your functional strength and mobility to identify specific areas for improvement. Whether your goals are to enhance performance or prevent injuries, this analysis provides a tailored strength program, complete with video examples.

This service is fully delivered within TrainingPeaks, in order to ensure effective integration with your regular training. This is a convenient and in-depth approach to optimizing your physical potential from anywhere.

The QT2 Systems Functional Strength and Mobility Analysis Initial Session Includes:

  • A pre-call, discussing your athletic history, current training status, goals, injury history, history with strength work, equipment access, and time availability.
  • Analysis of the video to identify limitations and areas in need of improvement to enhance performance and durability.
  • 60-minute video assessment, via ZOOM, guided by a licensed physical therapist, utilizing a variety of tests to evaluate full-body, sport-specific mobility, stability, and strength.
  • A comprehensive assessment of functional strength and mobility, across your areas of discipline.
  • Follow-up call upon analysis and plan delivery to review the testing results, program outline, exercises, and progression. Proper performance and understanding will be ensured at this time.
  • Identification of specific areas of improvement, in order to enhance overall performance and injury prevention.
  • A fully personalized strength program, built around your testing results and specific area(s) of need, delivered in TrainingPeaks, complete with demonstration videos, set and rep assignments, and guidance on choosing appropriate resistance settings.
