QT2's Tuesday Morning Virtual Workouts

Start your day off right with a morning tempo session on the bike. Joining is easy, with these simple steps.

Tuesday AM Ride


  1. Follow HILLARY SCHMITT #QT2 on the ZWIFT Companion App
  • In order to be invited to the meet-ups/rides, you must follow HILLARY SCHMITT #QT2 on the ZWIFT Companion app. Please be sure to follow her by noon on Mondays. Below is a demonstration video on how to follow a ride host on the ZWIFT Companion app.

  1. Accept and Join the Ride Invitation
  • If you want to join the ride on Tuesday, please let Hillary know (hillary@qt2systems.com), and she will send you an invitation to the group workout. In order to participate, you MUST accept and join the ride through the invite.

  1. Workout Details
  • You will be emailed a folder with the planned workout for Tuesday morning, which can be uploaded to your TrainingPeaks account. These sessions will run from 5:30-6:30AM, and feature short tempo intervals. During the ride, all riders will stick together, using ZWIFT's 'banding' functionality.
  1. Tuesday Morning
  • It is recommended that you get on your bike by about 5:15, and start spinning your legs very, very easy. Start hydrating as well! 
  1. Fueling
  • Please be sure to bring at least one bottle of sports drink and two gels with you. Come prepared to work hard and have FUN!
