Fueling for endurance sport does not have to be a guessing game. Learn the "Do’s and Don’ts of Sports Fueling" and which protects are best for you in this webinar presented by "The Core Diet" Dietitian, Anne Rollins

About the Presenter:
Anne began running marathons in 1999, and became involved with the New York Road Runners Foundation, coaching running programs for youth through the 5 boroughs of New York City. She noticed the lack of solid nutrition practices with these student athletes and began writing articles and blogs.
