This service is for those athletes that have already had a nutrition consultation with us and/or those who have a good understanding of The Core Diet. This service is for those athletes that just want to be told exactly what to eat each day!
- A detailed questionnaire is provided upon first purchase to help understand your present nutrition and body composition goals.
- PDF delivery of daily menus each week including exactly what you should eat each day.
- Menus incorporate workouts, workout fuels, training stress impact on caloric expenditure, and body composition goals.
- Each daily menu includes the food items you should eat, the times you should eat them, and the macronutriant profiles for each food item with totals for the day.
- Weekly email check-in to insure objectives are being met.
- You can purchase weeks as you go or save by signing up for weekly recurring plans (minimum 4 week commitment)
