An individualized nutrition plan will be created to teach you how to eat between workouts, maintain health, and lose weight if needed. Our ongoing support options are available to begin after your initial plan and consultation.
- Nutrition plan developed and signed off by your Registered Dietitian. This plan includes both quantitative and qualitative recommendations to suit every type of Athlete. We teach the logic behind day to day nutrition and sport to make it sustainable for a lifetime. The Core Diet is not a fad, but a lifestyle. As Jesse says, you are better off being 80% compliant for 10 years, versus 100% compliant for 8 weeks; its all about sustainability.
