These calculators will calculate overall target pacing required to meet a target race time, and determine the running pace required to meet a target race pace, for those who may be utilizing a run/walk strategy. Each calculator can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the other.
Race Pacing Calculator
Use this calculator to determine the running pace, per mile, that would be required to meet your target race time across any distance. Simply input the distance of your event, in miles, as well as the time that you are targeting for that distance, in h:mm:ss format, and this will calculate the overall pace required to meet it.
Pace Required to Run Target Time:
Use this calculator to determine the running pace, per mile, that would be required to meet your target, if using a run/walk pacing strategy. Simply input your overall target pace, the length of time that you plan to be running, the length of time that you plan to be walking, and your target walking pace (all in mm:ss format), and this calculator will determine the pace at which you will need to run in order to meet your overall target pace.
