When coaching tiers aren't clearly defined, athletes end up in the wrong service — paying for things they don't need, or not getting the engagement they require to perform their best.
The answer: crisp definitions with clear lines between each service, so every athlete trains in exactly the structure that fits their life, goals, and how they want to work with a coach.

The Three-Step Process
Step 01
Recognize the pattern. Which signals apply to your current situation? Be honest about whether your tier is actually serving how you want to train.
Step 02
Have a direct conversation with your coach. Name what you're seeing, explain what you think would better serve you, and ask for their read on the situation.
Step 03
Loop in QT2 leadership. Tier changes are managed by the QT2 team — your coach will facilitate the transition to make sure it's handled correctly.
