Step 1: Define Your Baseline Execution

Before your next key session, identify:

  • What does “good execution” look like for me?

Be specific:

  • Controlled start
  • Even effort
  • Smooth pacing

Step 2: Simulate Pressure

During the session, create a moment:

  • Final interval
  • Final segment
  • Slightly elevated stakes

Then notice:

  • Does your behavior change?

Step 3: Bring It Back

If you feel yourself shifting:

  • Reset
  • Return to your baseline execution
